We are a locally owned, and family operated fitness facility in Campbell River! We are open 24-hours a day, and have over 8000sqft of co-ed fitness facility with a women's only section. We offer a relaxed, friendly, clean, air-conditioned atmosphere with many classes for any fitness level. We are pleased to offer other services such as our Kids Zone, personal training, free weights, strength machines, nutritional consulting, tanning, and supplements.

Monday - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 10AM or 10:15 AM - 11:15 AM
Monday - Thursday: 5:25 PM - 6:25 PM or 6:35 PM - 7:35 PM
